Summary of Job Duties
Maintains and processes all graduation applications and diploma reprint requests.
Work with associate registrar to develop communication regarding graduation requirements and commencement, including forms, information on the campus website, publications, and electronic communication.
Corresponds with students regarding their degree completion status.
Assists advisors and students with questions regarding degree requirements
Perform clerical duties related to degree audits
Provides historical review of previously awarded credentials
Communicates with deans, chairs, and faculty to promote graduation application, including making classroom visits as needed / requested.
Collaborates with Associate Registrar to coordinate commencement day activities, including maintaining inventory, participating on planning committee, and facilitating ceremony setup and event.
Completes other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; with one to two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Information :
Experience with student information systems or other complex computer applications; Workday student experience preferred.
